I want my RING

My wedding ring was on loan at Cash Crusaders at the Town Centre branch in Mitchell's Plain. When my husband went in February to extend the loan he was informed by the cashier that the due date expired and that I can buy my ring back. I went to the store the next day and spoke to Bianca the store manager and she advised me that the ring would cost R1000 and that I can lay-bye the ring over a 3 month period and that the first instalment should be paid by the 25th of February and. I went to the store on the 24th of February with the first instalment of a R100 but was advised by the cashier and Malibongwe(manager on duty) that the amount was to be 33% of the big amount and that I could come back the next morning to pay the instalment. I also inquired if I could pay the instalment of R133 on Friday the 28th of February but was told no but that I could take out the ring on Friday the 28th of February and pay the full R1000. Upon leaving the store I asked if I send my mother as I could not be late again for work and was advised yes. The Monday afternoon the 24th of February I called the store and advised the cashier that I would rather pay the total amount on Friday the 28th of February and that my mother would collect the ring and I was told that it is fine she will inform the manager. When my mother went Friday morning the 28th of February she was informed by Bianca that the ring was sold because I did not stick to the agreement. I went on Saturday morning the 29th of February to go and see Bianca which was then off for the weekend and I got to speak to Malibongwe who called Bianca and was told that she would call the jeweler on Monday and call me back. Up until today I never received any call from Bianca. I communicated with Malibongwe over message which either told me that Bianca was in a meeting or simply just ignoring my messages. I tried several times to contact Bianca by calling the store but was told she was either off or in a meeting. Then lockdown happened. I inquired over Facebook and was told that all stores are closed over the lockdown period and will reopen on the 1st of June and only then this will be resolved. I was never contacted by anyone up until today. I prefer not to be contacted by Bianca because I feel I am going to get more irritated than I already am. I want my ring back!
