I want my pictures back

I took a loan in exchange for my camera on 02/04/2023 and I was suppose to pay for it yesterday but I couldn't because I was not around and their system do not support my Capitec bank for an eft payment. I asked Aubrey to take out the memory card so that I can download my pictures on my phone the day I took the loan and he refused, he said it's against the company's policy which I do not understand, because I was desperate and I thought I would pay for the camera I left it and the memory card, yesterday I called them asking them to save my pictures or for me to go to the store to download the pictures but still they refused. I'm talking about wedding pictures and my daughter's first birthday pictures which has a very sentimental value, I just need my pictures that's all, they can send the via email if the don't want me to download from their store.
