i want my Phone fixed they are quiet about it mybe they think i will also FORGET ABOUT IT

I bought my Doogy X90 from Cash Crusaders on September the fone started giving me problems by shutting down by itself and it takes time charging and lastly it shut down and never turns on, then the same month i took it to Cash Crusaders for repairs because it was under warranty up until now they gave me different story the whole time and eventually they said in order to fix the charging block they need to fix my broken screen of which i must pay for and they will sent a quote on that up untill now the quote has not yet come, they promised to phone me guess what no one has phoned me. why would i pay for screen if the problem is charging block, i need that phone so they must STOP playing tricks with me
