I want my laptop now

Dear Cash Crusaders Team,

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your store. I recently brought my laptop in for a loan, and less than 24 hours later, I returned to collect it—only to be told I could not retrieve it due to a power outage.

It is unacceptable that a business of your scale does not have any backup power solution in place. More concerning is that this issue is now affecting me personally, as I am scheduled to fly back to Cape Town and urgently need my laptop. This lack of preparation and care for your customers’ time and needs is extremely frustrating.

I expect immediate assistance in resolving this matter and accessing my device. Please advise on how you intend to resolve this without further delay.
