I have been having a loan with Cash crusaders Sammy Marks ,and last month they rebranded and they never cared to send us any info,now on the 24th i wanted to pay i could not pay as normal ,as i did not receive an sms linking my account, that happened in October but luckily i did find the extension on my profile on the web,which i payed,but i did not receive any Receit ,until i was off and i went to the shop to inquire,it took 3 days for them to print the receit,

Now this month i have not received any form of communication when i call the landline is not going through evwn the head office no calls are going through
