I received my laptop without its original laptop bag

today my extention of the laptop an it's original laptop bag that I **** it for loan R1500 then I was paying loan interest for 6 untill today,17 December 2023 I went to Pay the loan amount R2113 they give me back my laptop only without the laptop bag that I have poŕned with,i asked then where is my laptop bag they refuse by saying I didn't leave it ,I told then that's not true the can call there manager who help me to **** my laptop bag,He also refused I was so angry an humiliated they treated me so bad,I told them that I asked the manager JP Bosch why he doesn't write the laptop bag on the item list he said to me it is not necessary an they don't write laptop bag on the item list an said again don't worry the laptop bag it's safe you can leave it,
