I need my money back
I bought the plasma TV from cash crusaders only to find out that the TV will on for 3 days then goes off 3 days, I then went to them today because they just opened after the lockdown. I then spoken to a manager by the name of David about my situation, he was very rude and not even willing to listen to my story, he then left me and went to back or store rooms leaving me hanging after he TOLD ME THAT I MUST GO TO HELL, the lady then took the TV promising that it will be fixed within 4 weeks which I am still not happy, I need my money back he can keep his TV because he was very rude
