I just want to thank one of the staff members at the Cash Crusaders Stellenbosch Branch.

<p>Last Thursday 06-07-2017 I went to the Stellenbosch Cash Crusaders Branch to find out what the process is regards to a cell phone I purchased just more than a month ago. Before my visit I contacted the store on a previous occasion but no luck. Very confused and not knowing what to expect I went to the Branch to speak to one of their managers. Upon arrival a lady by the name Mash Hoodah Petersen greeted me very politely, and asked me how she can be of assistance. I then discussed the problem with her that I have regards to the phone I’ve purchased. We agree to test it and it was found faulty. She then explained to me what my options are and how they can assist .For me as a client that was a huge relieve. Thank you very much Mash-Hoodah Petersen for great customer service and helping me in a respectful manner, that would make me as a client surely come and visit your store more often.</p>
