I had renewed my loan on 25/04/2025 and they advised that when the loan is up for renewal I I'll receive a payment link to process payment remotely as I work out of town and they assured me I would receive these payment links. Only to now be informed that my item has been moved to rhe retail floor for resale without having given me the benefits promised online and now they refuse to comply telling me it is not their responsibility to remind me yet they did not have my contract visible for me on their portal as they advertised and refuse to let my buy back my item.
