I had 5 gold rings which I took a loan out

I had 5 gold rings which I took a loan out. The contracts expired in May. According to them I paid for one contract but not the other which makes no sense. I then did a transfer of the same five rings on a Saturday and I paid R4000 for all five rings. They plus minus R3600. Since then I have been religiously paying every month. Imagine my surprise when I was told that now there is only two rings because the other three rings expired and they melted it down. Why would I do that if the rings are worth R10 000. Now they can't find the contract for June but yet I am still paying for and I know for a fact they keep a copy. Unfortunately I do not have proof of this but they do and they are refusing to give me the content for June which lists all the rings. I renewed the contract with the manager and of course he denies everything. My question is why would I pay for two rings R4000. Itnever kept the slips but I know for a fact they have a copy of the R4000 contract
