I bought an electronic product here and in just one month it stopped working properly

I bought an electronic product here and in just one month it stopped working properly. The customer care team in store is pathetic 🥹😭😭😭 they made me wait for 3 hours just to see the store manager to authorize something for my query. I’ve never been so insulted in my life before as a customer. Worst service ever!
