I bought a wrong product at Brits cash crusaders but was refused a refund or an exchange saying it the franchise policy (a mono block valued at R1 000)

I bought a wrong product at Brits cash crusaders but was refused a refund or an exchange saying it the franchise policy (a mono block valued at R1 000). The manager also refused to provide me with her name, let alone try and resolve my issue. I'm now referring the issue to the ombuds as i could not escalate to cash crusaders corporate office as they do not have a complaint line or channel on their website.
