I Bought A ****** Iphone From Cash Crusaders
Good day
I bought a ****** Iphone 5s from Cash Crusaders Church Square Bellville and the shop manager want me to wait for the shop to lay charges against the guy who sold the phone. Why do I have to suffer for the error the shop made; am I not supposed to just get my refund or a new phone whilst the shop lay the charges?
The reason why they want me to wait for them to lay charges is because the phone is now out of warranty; but my argument is; warranty or no warranty, the phone is a ****** phone. I want my refund asap please.
