I bought a brand new PlayStation 4 controller at Cash Crusaders Rosettenville

I bought a brand new PlayStation 4 controller at Cash Crusaders Rosettenville. Upon arriving at home to use it, I experienced that it’s faulty. I went back to the store immediately after and asked for an exchange as their policies allow for such, and they denied me any refund or exchange saying that the controller is fine when they test it. This is the worse service I’ve ever gotten and it hurts me every time I try to use the controller and it’s still faulty. Please give them the poorest rating from me.
