House of ****(ography)

<p>I went in to Cash Crusaders Signet Terrace in Lenasia on Saturday 07 Jan 2017 with my 11 yr old son, 8 yr old daughter and wife to buy a ps3 game.</p> <p>I asked the salesman to test the game for me so I could see it was working before I bought it because their 24 hour return for exchange policy is not practical in circumstances where one is not a resident of Lenasia. Also they do not always issue slips or invoices unless you insist and will first give you many excuses about broken printers or computers being down.</p> <p>As usual they at first refused to test the game. They later agreed when I reminded them that always do test games when asked to do so and have done so for me many times previously. This dance is normal behaviour from the staff there.</p> <p>What was infuriating this Saturday is that when we made our way to the TV's in the store to test the game on a console, they were playing soft **** on the publically displayed sets there. As my wife shielded my children from the **** I turned two of the 32" tv's closest to us around to face away as I searched for the dvd player. There was no staffer around to assist. Just as I located the dvd player a staff member appeared and as he removed the dvd he attempted to reprimand me for turning the TV's around. He argued that I should have located the staff member responsable for playing the dvd first. When I asked him repeatedly for this person's name he kept on avoiding the question by repeating that I should have located this (mystery) person in the store first. At this time our voices had become raised. The owner (at least the foreign Indian national who identified himself as such) came storming from the front of the store and physically pulled me out of the store. Another of the foreign Indian national workers there then came outside and challenged me to fight with him.</p> <p>At no point did this "owner" even enquire as to what had occurred prior to his arrival at the "**** site" in "his" store.</p> <p>As mall security gaurds arrived many of his foreigner "staff" members fled to the back of the store. The mall gaurds assisted me in getting my family to my car.</p> <p>I left disgusted and furious at the way I was treated. The staff and shop owners operate as though they are outside of the law and can do as they please within their little shop.</p> <p>I have sent an email to Cash Crusaders head office demanding an apology from the store but am considering legal action as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>Cash Crusaders Signet Terrace - Disgusting ***s!</p>
