Horrible service...open 9:20am

This morning I went to Cash crusaders in Town center Mitchells Plain Cape Town. I had the worse experience there. Upon arriving at the shop I had to wait outside the closed shop untill 9:20am and tje shop is supposed to open at 9am apparently the other customers said other days the shop open at 9:30am.The employees including the manager were watching us from the window and laughing while we were waiting outside the closed door. I get inside at 9:20am and want to put my cellphone in a buyback and the consultant assisting me is just looking and playing with my phone and tsking pictures of my screen and eventually say his manager say he cant take the phone as it is payjoy...and he sees on my phone it has been paid in full for a year. The phone shows paid in 100% . The service at this branch id absolutely horrible. It is like they do everything in their powernot to help you.
