Horrible service from Iyanda Si****a at Florida Cash crusaders

We had the worst experience with Cash crusaders florida. The buyer Iyanda Si****a, was rude and abrupt. We went to sell an item and when he is supposed to test the item he needs to remove the Sim card. He did not switch the device off before he did this and my husband merely advised him that he should switch the device off. He was rude and told him that he is trained to his job. And that he will cancel the transaction. For people to behave as if they own the store and you are doing them a favor is absolutely disgusting. Because of his terrible service I would not recommend anybody use this branch in Florida. They will do well chasing customers away with his stinking attitude.
