Horrible service and lack of transparency. Do not use they services.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Blairgowrie branch. When I brought in my phone, I was informed that after one month, I would only need to pay the interest and could continue doing so until the amount was fully paid off. However, upon returning in January, I was shocked to discover that my phone had been sold.

At no point was it clearly explained to me that the item would be sold immediately after the interest payment was overdue, with no grace period provided. Furthermore, the branch attempted to contact me on a number I no longer use, despite my having provided an alternative number.

This lack of transparency and failure to properly communicate the terms and conditions has resulted in a significant loss for me, while Cash Crusaders has ultimately benefited from the situation. I believe this is both unfair and unacceptable.

I request that this matter be thoroughly investigated and an appropriate resolution provided. Clearer communication and better customer service should be a priority to avoid such issues in the future.
