Horrible service

I bought a camera last year September from cash crusaders princess crossing. While I was there I asked does the camera come with anything bag, cable etc? I was told no, later (1-2 days later) was contacted and told that the camera came with items and that I had to come back to the store I told the guy that I can't because at the time i was living in JHB and couldn't travel all the way there. I asked can they send the stuff to another store and they said yes to a store in Meyerton, I advised them that will be perfect as i have family there and they can pick it up for me. Since then I have been given the run around about them sending what is in essence mine as I paid for to the Meyerton store. I spoke to the Manager of the store in princess crossing Mike and still a year later i don't have my extras for my camera.

I am tired of calling and asking for my stuff all the time
