Horrible service

I had a horrible experience today at Cash crusaders in Raslouw. Me and my husband bought a brand new TV. When we arrived home, we switched it on for the screen to be damaged. So my husband returns it to the shop and explains that we bought a TV it was indeed working but when we switched it on it had a damaged screen can they help us. The lady who assisted us and owner of the franchise did not want to help at all and did not even want to give us her details so that if we need to take this further we have her information. Honestly this is the last time I'm ever doing business with them. I'm so disappointed at the service.
