horrible experience
Purchased 2 laptops online for pickup at the randburg store, both the keyboards have keys not working on them. Nowhere on the online listing does it say the keyboards dont work, nor did they inform me when the laptops where picked up. I sent an email informing them of the problem and that i expect a full refund. I have still not had a reply from them yet.
