HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGER STEELDALE MALL

Worst customer service from manager at steeldale mall cash crusader has no customer service and cannot talk to his customers I have never seen a horrible scene, cameras should be reviewed at the store of what took place 19 November 2024 around 10pm how can they promote a guy that cannot speak to his customers as a manager instead of deescalating the situation he is making it worse no this is wrong and surely he definitely has done this before and has gotten away with it the arrogance of this manager very horrible This needs serious attention ASAP I'm not happy with this as a customer he even chased away customers from this store with his horrible management skills how can you guys employ a manager that cannot speak to customers
