HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND CLUELESS STAFF
I had a horrible customer experience. I no longer want to associate myself with Cash Crusaders and when you call their customer service centre, they just drop the call out of nowhere. I purchased an item online and it was ready for collection but when I got to the store (PHUTHADITJHABA BRANCH), then my order was nowhere to be found. The staff is very clueless about their own store. This purchase ruined my day and I can no longer recommend or make any valid purchase. They actually deserve a negative rating for their service and how they respond to customer complains.
