Horrible Customer Experience!!!!

I'm so disappointed in the service I got from Cash Crusaders Kuilsriver. A few month ago I took a product worth R2900 to them on a buy back with the box and gadgets. Went to collect it on the 29th of August, to my surprise they gave it back wrapped in cling wrap. Request to speak to the manager Justin who was so rude to me, told me they threw the box with the gadgets in and warranty papers away, to make space in the store room. Also telling me they did me a favor by keeping the product. I was so disgusted in their service. How do I even know if its my product? Why take it with the box and papers if you going to throw it away. He said he will get back to me? I honesty think they sold my product with the gadgets and box. Other people there were complaining about their service aswell. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go there with the bad customer service I experienced !!!! No respect for your Valuable Goods!!!
