<p>Whilst waiting for service at the sunward park branch with my son, we were not acknowledged at all , nothing by means of a greeting or even eye contact. This carried on for at least 10 minutes, then I asked for the manager. I heard him respond from behind a wall "the he is busy!", Very rude to say the least. I then went to another store at Mall at carnival & they were so pleasant that it amazes me how these places stay in business. </p> <p> </p>
