Highly disgusted

Once again very disappointed with customer service in this country 😡🤬 Went to Cash Crusaders Hartbee****rt and found a very reasonably priced Car Amplifier. As I’m a longtime Car Sound enthusiast and competitor in car sound competitions I collect good deals. I know what I’m talking about! I went to purchase this Amp, the person who helped me was friendly but the person who had to do the transaction was so rude and almost an effort to help me🤬 I asked if they not going to test the unit, he said no because he knows it works! Bull**** as I pointed out that there’s a broken RCA stuck in the input so how can they of tested it? He assured me it works! I said I would return if it doesn’t, he quickly explained the warranty procedure to me 🙄 Anyway I get home, I try remove the broken RCA terminal but can’t get it out so I remove the back cover to push it out from the inside, guess what I found? This Amp is ****ed! I didn’t even bother to try power it on. How the hell does a product like this end up on the shelf for resale? I buy a lot from Cash Crusaders all over Gauteng, just Thursday I bought a computer monitor at the Westgate Store, strange they insisted they test the screen before I paid and signed anything! Please note I did not sign the receipt means I did not agree and neither did the cashier (Law Suit on its way) I WANT MY MONEY BACK I WILL NOT WAIT FOR A WARRANTY REPAIR! Bull****! I buy a broken product and can’t enjoy it.. Check your cctv footage 09/03/2024 @ 11:30am
