Heartbroken

I had been with cash crusaders for sometime cash crusader in Krugersdorp to be exact, I had Dell laptop and canon camera with them, I then took out the camera and left the laptop which had a lot of my information in it. Never a single month have I skipped payment. They then introduced paying online which was convinient for me I then continued paying online until one time I was told I did not pay which I showed them prove of and my laptop was then sold, they did acknowledge their wrong and asked me to come through and choose another laptop from their stock, I went and did not like anything and was adviced they would phone me when they had more stock it’s been months still no phone call. I’m very upset bcoz very important things were saved in that laptop and video, and photos of my late child.
