Head Office Stalling to return my item

My item was held at cash crusaders in Hartbee****rt which subsequently closed in August 2025. A printed paper was plugged on the door advising clients to email the head office to arrange make arrangements for their items that are still held. I sent numerous messages through their website even called & finally spoke to an agent by the name of Elijah on 13/10/2025 who assured me that my 6x 7,5kg Trojan dumbels were safely brought to their offices & that i'd receive a call to arrange payment and collection. I called again seeing that this was taking long & he made a second promise date this time for: 24/10/2025. Today is the 28th of October & i'm still waiting
