Hartbee****rt Cash Crusaders just don't care
Bought a brand new Dixon TV with warrantee at the Hartbee****rt branch. The TV worked until end January and then it failed. I took it back to the branch to have it repaired on the 5th of February. Now 6 weeks later no TV. I visited the shop 3 times and just got a don't care feedback. Even the manager said he will follow up and phone me back but up till today nothing. I must just sit and wait for an sms when it is back. Refuse to pay back or anything. The slips you get also fades very quickly making it impossible to read. Is this on purpose?
