Hard done by

I had a terrible customer experience at cash crusaders george shoprite centre. I sold my computer and it was bought for way under its actual value...it is not a gaming pc its a standard 2nd gen i3 thats upgraded to its maxed capacity...the guy that explained to me why the price is so low could not look me in the eye. he told me its not a gaming motherboard and all that nonsense i know that hardware depreciates over time. I dont play a lot of pc games to know all the games and which motherboard and graphics card works best with what game and you cant base your overall price on that argument its not relevent to what is in front of you..ive been working in the IT industry for more than 10years and i know the value of hardware. I dont think it would be fair if my sold computer now gets sold for R1000 more than the money I got. I would have felt better if they could have shown me a pricelist or an application where they type in my computer's spec and it generates a price. I really hope that their staff gets proper training from an accredited institution and that they start focusing more on creating fans. If they can do that profit and commission will look after itself.
