Gross incompetence

<p>I took a Sony Xperia smartphone in to the Secunda Cash Crusaders branch today, expecting a knowledgeable employee to assist me. There is one certified buyer certificate on display behind the counter and the lady who was on duty was definitely not that person. After having to help her insert a sim card and switch on the phone she refused to take the phone because it "doesn't work". In fact she just had no idea how to operate a smartphone! There is absolutely nothing wrong with the phone as we had been using it very recently with no problems. I am very disappointed in the service as someone who is so *********** is being allowed to make decisions and interact with customers. </p>
