Gross Harassment at Cash Crusaders Welkom Store( Game Centre).

On the 11 January 2025 morning at approximately 10:30, i entered the Cash Crusaders Store in Welkom ( Game Centre) store to purchase a Twin Tub washing machine i had seen during the week with my husband. Upon entry we were told to remove our summer hats, which we comp**** but then requested to know the reasons behind such an rule as we felt it was discriminative based on our dress code and possibly race. The staff member working at the door responded we should learn to read its the store rule. I further asked asked why such a rule, then it started, I was grossly harassed by the staff (foul body language, shouting , pointing fingers, throwing hands in air and getting too close to us) for requesting an explanation of their supposedly security policy regarding the wearing of hats in the store. Instead the staff members became rude, used derogatory language and made discriminative remarks based on our race. The one staff member (Puleng) even threatened to assault me should i continue to address her in full view of her manager. The Manager (namely Frans) failed to contain his staffs actions and the staff members continued to disrespected him in front of us as customers.
