Grieving customer about her money not returhed

I bought a washing machine at cash crusaders in Lambton..I took it home it worked onve,was not spinning da,they said it's 6 months guarantee.I called them ,their mechanic came and dismantled the machine..inside was full of rust,looks like it's taken from s****yard..the noise was terrible,,u could see it's beyond repairs.I still have pictures.i asked for my money the manager just ignored me..My 2'200 is still with them..they don't even care to call me .. no customer care..will never buy anything. In their shop...it's a wake up call ,be very careful when buying their goods.
