Greetings.My regrets for having bought a new Dixon auto switch off kettle from Cash Crusaders Doringkop.It stopped boiling water, the on light not illuminating.I took it back to the store since it's still under warranty.Today 2August 2025 after a month I went to the store to inquire since nobody bothered to communicate with me even though I left my number with them.The kettle is not fixed.It was given to me by the way I brought it.I am disappointed with the service of Cash Crusaders and Dixon product.
