Great service from Cash Crusaders/Maxine

I bought a second hand Bounce King trampoline from Cash Crusaders Arbour Town. When collecting it, Maxine told me she had checked all the parts against a checklist in the manual and said it was all there. I went home and set up the trampoline but was baffled by an extra part I could make no sense of. I looked in the manual and saw a second checklist for the safety net. From that I determined that there were 5 more of those caps missing, as well as the foam for the vertical poles. Had it not been for that extra part/endcap I wouldn't have even realised anything was missing.<br> I phoned Bounce King and they advised me all the missing parts would cost R220 to buy (R20/item - 5 x endcaps and 6 x foam covers). I phoned Maxine and told her this and she said she would get back to me. She hadn't seen the second checklist, nor did I before puzzling about the extra part. Not expecting anything to be done about it, Maxine phoned me back later in the day and surprisingly said I could go pick up my money! <br> <br> Service like that is very unexpected these days, not many stores/people would have done that. Maxine is a great asset to the store and I appreciate her help and friendliness, she is fantastic!!
