I had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa at the Shoprite Centre Nelspruit store with a refund request. He went out of his way to assist and really showed compassion when I advised him I bought the wrong product. My wife took the product to the store and received a full refund. Service with a smile and a very unique and rare way of dealing with customers. He is a champ. Thank you
