Great Service City the Branch - Onions for Chatsworth !

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I purchased a second-hand external Manhattan drive from Cash Crusaders in Chatsworth on 8th Jan 2017; within 7 days I had to return it to the branch as it failed to work; I was given the run around by the staff, management, and the owner, Michelle - after sales at this branch being pathetic, it does not exist.</p> <p>The staff simply stated that the item was not working due to negligence, this was not the case, they did not have any history of the previous owner either. I was informed at that it would cost R500 to fix.</p> <p> After a month or so, with no resolution forthcoming, I informed Cash Crusaders Chatsworth that I would be placing a complaint on www.hellopeter.com. I was then informed that the technician Zakheer at the Field/West street branch would sort out the item. At no charge.</p> <p> After being 'repaired' above it was returned to me only to find that it still would not function.</p> <p>Subsequently, when I happened to be in Phoenix, I visited the Cash Crusaders branch there to attemt to find a solution. They asked me if I wanted to sell it back to them, however, they had no in-house technician to test the item, they referred me to a computer shop in the area who was also unable to assist. I then went back to Cash Crusaders in Field/West street, Durban. Here the most helpful manageress/staff, Dianne and Zakheer, went out of their way to repair the item for me - even though the item was not purchased at their branch!</p> <p> After sales and Customer Service is clearly very crucial - I applaud Dianne and Zakheer for being extremely professional, helpful and very pleasant in assisting me, for going the extra mile - observing, first hand, the fantastic way they handled their queries and clients!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you once again Field Street! To Michelle and crew from the Chatsworth branch, you need to learn about Customer Service, be it a new or second hand item.</p> <p> </p> <p>Customers may not always be right!! But you do get some genuine and sincere clients, you do need to learn a lesson from these two persons at the Cash Crusaders Field/West Street Branch.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Michelle Rondganger</p>
