Great service!!!!

<p>I purchased a fan heater on saturday for R189.After being on gor 30 minutes smelt a burning smell and switched it off. sunday morning wanted to removed the plgug from the socket but couldnt as the plug was swollen and 2 prongs had melted in it. I took it back and got a load of uphill from the manageress who said it was my ext lead which use everyday and she has the same 1 in her room. she would not listen to my side at all and seriously she not work with the public. Well today, monday I went back an spoke to the actual manager 'CJ' who sorted the problem ouit within a few minutes with great tact and professionalism. Not only did he replace my heater but even gave me an extention lead. This man really is a HUGE asset to Cash CRusaders as was never going to shop there again! He. really restored my faith in humanity and SA again.Thanks CJ you the best and the assistant manageress can learn a lot from you! Thank you once again for your excellent service.</p>
