Goods sold without being informed
Brought in laptop, contract lapsed as I hadnt paid interest by due date as I had forgotten payment...was NOT INFORMED that contract had lapsed was NOT INFORMED that my laptop would be sold. I came in to make payment only to be told laptop was sold already! Not even a courtesy call to try and salvage the situation!!!
