Gonna lose stuff I took a loan on because of cash Crusaders mistake

I have been using cash Crusaders for years this is the frist time I had a problem 2 days ago I got s sms saying my loan is expiring I should check on the link to pay to extend it so I did that the payment did go off ir said payment successful I have proof of tbis but the loan wss not extended and is expiring tomorrow the 24th so now I'll lose my stuff this is unacceptable I am very disappointed I do not want to lose my stuff to a problem on your side
