Goerge Groto being rude and having no way to speak to clients … and also no discipline on his workers … the one went out to smoke right infront of the shop during working hours while the ques were long

The man called Goerge Groto at the buying and selling department at cash crusaders in Florida is very rude … he refused me service and was so rude … not to mention the new lady there that refused to assist me and was ****** towards me … I felt so scared because the Goerge Groto was becoming very angry and pointed at me even raised his voice at me … I’ve complained before but no response
