I bought a laptop from Cash crusaders Soshanguve plaza, I the battery didn't last for 10min I went to exchange it. They gave another that doent charger at all. The following day I've ask Brach Manager to refund me, he told me that he doesn't do refund he can get me a brand new Laptop.
Now the store is burned I've lost my R2000 cause I went the they said I should wait for insurance so that they gave me a laptop even the head office they can't help me or refer to another branch.
