Give me my refund New Market!

I bought an Xbox online at Cash crusaders new market on the 18th of December 2025. After 4 days i requested an update and was told that someone else had bought it in the store on the "same day" and that they would assist me in getting my refund. I went to the store on the 31st to get an update about my refund, and I am still yet to get any help. I am being told about a non-existent Head office that is being used as a scapegoat?! I can be asking for my money back when this whole thing was *****ed up by the store assistants in the first place?! it has been almost a month now

Is there anyone who will assist me in getting my money back for goodness sake??
