Getting back my Mecer Guru notebook (laptop)

Good day. my situation that I have with cash crusaders in soshanguve gauteng. I visited the brach regarding a personal loan, Early Jan, I went to make the final payment and getting back my Mecer Guru notebook YA 13Q40-lte (laptop) and only to find out that the store is closed due to a fire breakout. I've tried on many accounts to get ahold of them no availability of service feedbacks or any communication of some sort . I've emailed, called the store, sent massages/ texts on social media platforms they use, even took a step to call one of employees personal line who works there!. I Can say Its been closed to 2 months now , and my lively hood depends on it. Please help .
