Furious customer Cash Crusaders Springs

I am disgusted with the service I have received from Cash Crusaders Springs Cnr 5th & 6th Ave Shop 31, The Avenues Shopping Centre Springs, Springs, 1560. I bought a front loader washing machine 22 March 2023, before I bought it I asked the sales man if there was anything wrong with the machine that I need to be made aware of and he said no the machine is in perfect condition. I then bought the machine and the following day I found that it was leaking and when I asked the sales man about it he did not respond to me until I called in and asked the manager to send a technician to sort it out. I waited the whole day for the technician only for him to come late afternoon (I asked if he can come in the morning to fix it so that I can continue with my washing) and when he came he did not even bring anything with to fix the problem even though he was made aware of what the problem was. He merely came to look at the machine and said he'd come back the following day which he did not. I called the manager of the springs branch and told her what had happened, I then asked for a refund and said that I don't want the machine anymore if he can't fix it. The manager assured me that he'd fix it on the 24 March 2023 or else she'd arrange for him to collect it and I'd get my refund but the technician never came!! Instead he lies on the damn phone and tells me he is on his way! I waited the entire day and missed all my appointments just to wait for someone that never even showed up! Then today (27 March 2023) I contacted the sales person but he did not respond once again! I called the manager and she told me the technician said he already sorted me out which is all lies because he never showed up! I mean how was the manager not aware of this what kind of creche are they running there! I then proceeded to tell her that the technician never came and that she needs to get someone else to come and collect this broken machine because I want my money back. Then she tells me that they don't have anyone else to collect it only the technician can come. It's 16:14 now I called this morning to ask for it to be collected and still no one has shown up and there has been no further communication from the store so I don't even know what is happening right now! I am so disgusted I have never gotten such horrible service! The manager is not doing anything to help me she's just full of excuses! I need my money back asap because I urgently need to buy another washing machine. This is my first and last time that I buy anything from Cash Crusaders it is terrible they running a **** show there in Springs! I want my money back can someone please step in and help me because it's clear that the manager at the springs branch does not care at all about sorting this out I am running out of options
