FROM FIRST TO LAST

I am so disappointed about the Cash Crusaders at Carlton Center ,Johannesburg. I bought a laptop from cash crusaders on the 21st of March and they were having loadshedding or load reduction issues ,so we had to buy a laptop without being tested and we tested it at home . When we switched it on , the laptop requested an administrator password. We tried to call the shop over the weekend but nobody answered . On Monday we went back to the shop and told them what was going on ,and they referred us to the guy who helped us on Friday. He talked to the IT guy to fix the laptop and we waited for 6 hours ,we were told to come back tomorrow he said the laptop will be done by then or if not we can request a refund ,so I need that laptop like as soon as possible I decided to come back the next day. The next day my brother went there and he was told the same story that they can not remove the administrator password ,we will have to come back tomorrow unfortunately we demanded a refund because I have got no time to play I need a laptop for studying,cause am a first year student. Am so disappointed and am never going to buy anything from there ,it was my first and last time . Like how can you sell an item with a password . THEY ARE SO INCOMPETENCE.
