I went to cash crusaders tokai to retrieve my goods I put on buyback only to find out that they released my items to a random person who came across my signed agreement page when I was ****** in this month and now I sit without a PS3 and Tom tom which was on buyback for R1600 I don't understanding how could they violate there own contract and not replace my items or report my incident to the police as their response to me was that this is a first time incident for them and I should go make a case against who ever collect my goods.
