I loaned my hp laptop and wifi router on october 2021, i was supposed to pay on december and i went a day before on the 21 decemberto ask if i can pay on the 24 december as my payday was on the 24 and due date was on the 22 december, the consultant agreed, i went on the 24 december it was closed i arived late, i went on the 28 still was late closed, i went on the 29 i found my items was on floor for sale , router was already sold, i requested to to pay the agreed amont they said i must buy with the saling amount which it was highger than the loan amount, i did not have the money i asked for discount they also gave me discount also more than the loan amount , i requested laybye they gave me laybye, when i went to pay to collect my item the shop is closed with no note to say where are they relocated, no call no sms notifying clients, i phoned their head office number does not exist, i phoned different branched , florida branch the consultant was rude she said i must google the head office number, i phoned midrand they dont have any ideaa where the store is, i phoned lot of branches with no luck, i need my laptop, i went to online is closed i went to whatapp buy is offline
