Food Processor

My wife wanted to buy a Food Processor as advertised, at the Randfontein branch. She asked if the unit was in working condition and the answer was yes, it is in a working condition. We drove all the way from Noordheuwel to Randfontein (25 km one way) When we got there, we asked a staff member to assemble the unit, as to make sure that everything was in order and in a working condition. The staff member could not get the unit to work. They then took the Processors to the back office and they were busy for over an hour to try and get it to working condition, with no luck. They even called the person that handed in the unit to your shop to assist with the functionality of the unit and not even him could get the unit to work. We are very dissatisfied with your LACK of customer satisfaction, therefore the zero rating as you wasted my time in in the traffic to drive 50 km there and back. We will think twice before doing any business with your company as it seems that you do not care for the customer that keeps your door open.
