First hand goods bad return policy

Good day. I recently bought a first hand good (bar fridge) at Cash Crusaders in Western Cape, Parow Center and it stopped working after the 7day return policy. I returned the fridge claiming my full amount back because their fridge does not work. Manager (lee-ann) says she has to book it for repair when I want a refund and they must keep their fridge. I dont understand how a first hand good goes to repairs within the first month I bought it. I am not satisfied with the service and I dont want another fridge. I need my refund. I would love to get help and deal with this issue.
